Really great place to buy a car, I drove all the way from chester to buy a bmw from them and it runs perfectly! The staff are great, very attentive and they made sure my buying experience was a good one, they changed my starter motor while i was there because they found it wasnt running perfectly, really good bunch of lads that make you feel at ease when making a big purchase! The car possibly could have been a bit cleaner on the interior but apart from that, perfect!

From the very start this family run business made me feel welcome and answered every question and doubt I threw at them, without hesitation. The Vauxhall Astra I bought needed some minor adjustments and being an RAC approved garage, had them fixed without any worry at all. Provided me with a brand new MOT, full service, and the extension from a Premium Plus 6 month warranty to 12 months was unbelievably cheap, it would have been stupid to decline. Their customer service from start to finish was second to none, and being that they are qualified mechanics as well as a car dealership, their automotive knowledge was extensive to say the least.

Communication was easy with the dealer, can tell the cars and service is good from these guys. Was very happy to answer any questions I had.

I recently bought a 2011 Mercedes C-Class estate. The car was in great condition and in high demand, so I was lucky to get the chance to test drive it. Mr Kharim was very accommodating and reassuring (I was worried I would not make it in time after work, coming from Birmingham to Leicester). I loved the car straight away and bought it. Two days later to warning light came on, I spoke with Mr Kharim who asked me to bring it in as soon as his mechanic returned. I then had problems with the acceleration so brought the car in. They reassured me they would look at the car thoroughly and replace any parts which they did with no hassle. I picked up my car today and it's running beautifiully. Great service. I've called dealers in the past reporting issues with cars I've bought and found them to be vey evasive. Not the case here. Highly recommended.
